The Gauntlet 2010
That’s right The Gauntlet and all its connotations. In 2010 we pressed a portion of this fruit wearing PVC Gauntlets so we didn’t get stung by the hundreds of European wasps that were trying to help us. This wine is wild yeast fermented in Puncheons using the sun and stars for temperature control. It is settled by gravity. It is composed of, Shake it Baby 40% the Funk trust40% and Lady in a Skirt 20%. Drink with smoked Redfin on Sourdough rye bread with herbed Labna.
