A seductive wine with lovely mouth feel. The wine has been wild yeast fermented with some whole bunch inclusion. There are aromas of red fruits and summer berries with some background spice and herbal notes.

This Sauvignon Blanc was whole bunch pressed direct to barrel and wild yeast fermented. It has aromas of grapefruit and nettle with a hint of cumquat skin and touch of oatmeal in the background. Crisp and textured with lovely phenolics on the side palate.

This finely structured Pinot Noir is at home chilled for summer, or room temperature for winter. Cherry and white pepper greet the nose, and the palate is supple with great length.

Aromas of cherry and red fruits greet the nose with a touch of forest floor in the background. The palate has fine acidity and is long with lovely mouth feel.

This Shiraz was 100% whole bunch fermented under the veranda of the winery, wild yeasts and no temperature control. After ferment it was pressed to ancient barrels where it rested for 10 months prior to bottling. The result is a wine of great poise and structure with aromas of blackcurrant a hint of pepper and spice. The palate shows freshness and terrific length due to natural acidity and fine tannins.

This wine was 100% whole bunch fermented. It has aromas of dark fruits and a hint of chocolate with spice notes in the background. The palate is long and finishes with great definition.

This wine was fermented under the stars on skins and has aromas of Lime and Grapefruit with a hint of fresh Sea Parsley in the background. The palate is long and finishes with great definition. Orange in colour and seductive by nature.
Hip Hop Shiraz (Yea Valley)

Bad Kitty Pinot Gris (Yea Valley)

 Only 25 cases made from a small vineyard near Kinglake. Fermented on skins under the winery veranda and aged in an old oak barrel. It has absorbed the cosmic energy from the stars and the suns golden rays. Pink/orange in colour. Aromas of red jube and confection lead to an unctuous palate with a long crisp finish.
